Hey Parker I found this on the pokemon forum: There is no question about it, Pikachu is the strongest Pokemon by far. In addition to being chaste, he can pack up to 1000 volts into a very small area. If you watch the TV show, he never loses in the end. Also it says so on Nintendo's Pokemon website.
